Coach Foster has built a very successful volleyball program at Indian Rocks Christian School over the last 15 years. In 2005, the school enjoyed their first winning season with a record of 19-7. Since 2005, Coach Foster has led his Varsity teams to an
overall record of 301-168 and several Top 10 State Rankings:

During his time at Indian Rocks Christian, he has led the program to 2 District Championships (2006, 2007), 4 District Runner-ups (2008-2011), 6 Consecutive Regional Semifinal appearances (2006-2011), 2 Bay Conference Runner-ups (2008, 2009), 3 Bay Conference Championships (2010-12), and received the St. Petersburg Times Coach of the Year Award in 2006.
In 2017, Coach Foster became the first coach in Pinellas County to start a HS Girls Beach Volleyball Program, which is sanctioned by the Sunshine State Athletic Conference and the Florida Region of USA Volleyball. In the seven years of the Beach Volleyball Program existence at IRCS, Coach Foster has comprised an Overall Dual Record of 60-41 (.594 win %).

Coach Foster began his coaching career at Pinellas Park HS (1999-2000) while being named one of the three "Founding Coaches" at Pinellas Heat Volleyball Club in 2000. He later became the Head Coach at Clearwater Central Catholic (2001-2002).
Coach Foster led a USA Boys (2001) & Girls (2003) volleyball team to Australia and New Zealand to compete in the Australian HS Volleyball Tournament in Sydney, Australia. His 18 & Under Boys team won the tournament in 2001 and his girls team finished in 5th place in 2003.
Many of his former high school and club players have been selected as AAU All-Americans and to the Tampa Bay Times 1st Team, 2nd Team, Honorable Mention All-County teams. Several of his players have also been selected to the Tampa Bay Times All-Suncoast 1st Team, 2nd Team, and Honorable Mention. Many of his High School and Club players have gone on to play at the next level both in indoor and beach.
Coach Foster is currently doing lessons this season for Pinellas Heat VBC as well as running the HEAT Beach Volleyball program during the summer. He also owns and runs ten USA & AAU Volleyball Tournaments with his wife.
